- 150 ml of milk
- 100 gr sugar
- 200 ml liquid cream
- 150-200 ml mint syrup (I used fresh homemade)
- 50 gr chocolate drops

RECIPE PREPARATION Mint ice cream with chocolate drops:
Beat the yolks with the sugar until they become creamy then gradually add the hot milk and put on low heat, stirring constantly, until a curtain forms on the spoon.
Set aside and mix until cool then add whipped cream, syrup and chocolate drops.
Mix and put in a pan then put in the freezer.
After 2 hours, remove and then mix every 30 minutes to become creamy.
Serve with chocolate topping.
