  • 3 yolks
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 150-200 ml mint syrup (I used fresh homemade)
  • 50 gr chocolate drops

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mint ice cream with chocolate drops:

Beat the yolks with the sugar until they become creamy then gradually add the hot milk and put on low heat, stirring constantly, until a curtain forms on the spoon.

Set aside and mix until cool then add whipped cream, syrup and chocolate drops.

Mix and put in a pan then put in the freezer.

After 2 hours, remove and then mix every 30 minutes to become creamy.

Serve with chocolate topping.

if you don't have chocolate drops, take 50 gr of dark chocolate and grind it with a knife


if you use an ice cream machine there is no need to whip the cream, add it liquid then put it in the machine


if you use an ice cream machine, add chocolate only after removing the ice cream
